As a patient at Baptist Memorial, you have the convenient option of accessing your medical records through the Baptist OneCare mobile app. The app provides access to MyChart, a free online tool designed specifically for Baptist Memorial patients. With MyChart, you'll have the ability to view your medical records at any time and from anywhere.

In addition to viewing your medical records, MyChart allows you to easily upload health and fitness data from various sources, such as the Apple Health app, if you're participating in self-tracking programs.
